Our Price Match Promise: How it works

At GGM Gastro, we’re committed to offering you the best possible price. To ensure this promise is fair and transparent, our Price Match Promise is based on clear principles:
When our Price Match Promise applies:

✅ Promotional & Discounted Prices from Competitors
If a competitor temporarily undercuts our price through promotional campaigns, discounts, or special offers, our Price Match Promise still applies – provided the lower price can be verified.

✅ Regular Retailers in Europe
Our guarantee applies only to competitors operating legally in Europe, paying European taxes, and offering warranty and customer service. It does not cover prices from informal sellers, third-party suppliers, or private individuals. Always check for a valid VAT number and company registration details.

✅ Products in Stock and Available
The guarantee applies only to products that are currently in stock, in sufficient quantities, and readily available from the competitor.

✅ Online Retailers
Yes – online competitors are included, provided they are European-based businesses operating under European law, with accessible customer service and warranty support.

✅ Identical Products
The item must be identical in every respect: same manufacturer, model number, specifications, EAN code, and packaging or pack size.

✅ Publicly Advertised Prices
Our Price Match Promise applies only to publicly advertised prices that are available to all customers. Loyalty bonuses, bulk purchase discounts, or negotiated trade prices are excluded.

When our Price Match Promise does not apply:

❌ Services
Our promise covers products only, not services such as consultancy, installations, or financing, as these cannot be compared like-for-like.

❌ Resellers & Trade Buyers
The guarantee does not apply to resellers or trade buyers purchasing products for resale. This ensures fairness and prevents bulk buying for profit at the expense of regular customers.

❌ Clearance, End-of-Line, or Auction Prices
Prices from clearance events, liquidation sales, discontinued stock, or online auctions (e.g. eBay) are excluded, as they are not representative of ongoing, fair-market pricing.

❌ Competitor Price Match Promises
We do not match prices that have already been reduced through a competitor’s own price guarantee scheme.

Please note: We reserve the right to limit purchases to quantities typical for standard commercial use.
