• The price guarantee applies only to our own-brand products.
• It cannot be applied to branded products from other manufacturers.

✅ Comparable products from a competitor

• The competitor's product must be comparable.
• The following characteristics must match or be comparable:
  • Dimensions & measurements
  • Materials
  • Performance & technical specifications
  • Range of functions
  • Construction type
  • Packaging unit

✅ Products in stock and available

• The price guarantee applies only to items that are immediately available from the competitor and in sufficient quantity.

✅ Authorized specialist retailers in Europe

• The guarantee applies only to providers legally operating in Europe, paying taxes, having a public webshop, and offering warranty and customer service.
• Not valid for sellers from non-EU countries, private individuals, or unregistered providers.

✅ Online specialist retailers included

• Online retailers within Europe are also included – as long as they operate under European law and offer accessible customer service.

✅ Publicly advertised prices

• The guarantee applies only to publicly visible prices available to all customers.
• Individual discounts, bulk pricing, or dealer conditions are excluded.

The following cases are excluded, even if the price is lower:

❌ Clearance, leftover stock, discontinued items, special stock or auction prices

  • Discontinued models
  • B-stock (display items, returns, refurbished)
  • Used goods
  • Final sales
  • Liquidation prices
  • Auctions (e.g. eBay, foreclosures, etc.)

❌ Branded products from other manufacturers

• The lowest price guarantee applies only to GGM Gastro own-brand products.
• Price comparisons with branded products are excluded.

❌ Price guarantees from other retailers

• We do not match prices that have already been reduced through another retailer’s price guarantee program.

❌ Unavailable or pre-order items

• Products that are not immediately available cannot be compared – even if the price is lower.

❌ Resellers and commercial buyers

• Resellers or commercial buyers purchasing for resale are excluded.

❌ Services

• The guarantee applies exclusively to products, not to services such as installation, consulting, or financing.

❌ Food, consumable & packaging products

• All food, consumable, and packaging items such as coffee beans, disposable products, packaging materials, films, napkins, etc. are excluded from the lowest price guarantee.
